• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transaction

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We strive to ensure accurate pricing but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel the order.

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, items are often made in small batches. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Aethel & Aurapieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Sale items and intimates are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, product designs, and the "Vagique" name and its variations—is the exclusive property of Aethel & AuraStudio LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
